This course will provide information on return to study and career information for early school leavers of all ages to prepare for training in the mental health sector as a peer support worker.

Topics that are covered also include:

• What is mental Health
• Trauma informed care
• Recovery principles
• Impact of mental illness

The session will also include guest speakers and pathway info to join Cert IV in Mental Health - Peer Support at Swinburne TAFE.
