FLOW CHI Is a mind-body practice that involves breathing and gentle movement to get chi or life force energy flowing.
When the body is stagnant, energy gets blocked and chi (life force) doesn’t flow to nourish the vital systems of the body and so illness can occur.
Flow chi is like a moving meditation, it is very relaxing and regular practice restores the flow of energy and helps promote general wellbeing, balance the body and mind as well as release tension, stress and anxiety. It balances the hemispheres of the brain and brings focus to the mind. It is a mindful practice that connects us to awareness of the flow of our own life force energy or chi.
It is a form of light exercise and a simple practice of gentle fluid sweeping movements and stretches incorporated with breath work.
Flow Chi increases life force energy and enables the body to come back into balance and heal itself.
Flow Chi Can assist to support multitude of body mind ailments, and can provide relief to health concerns such as poor circulation, back pain, as well as reduce stress and anxiety.
Anyone of any age can benefit from and practice Flow Chi.
