Week 1 - Strengths and challenges, introducing Emotional Intelligence with a Self Awareness exercise and most importantly, setting goals.
Week 2 - Managing stress, further developing goals, building on strengths.
Week 3 - Resilience and confidence, stress management techniques and making sure goals are achievable.
