Strive to Thrive Playgroup

Strive to Thrive Playgroup is funded by VicHealth and offers an opportunity to welcome families with children aged between 0-6 years of age. We invite families who feel they may be socially isolated, from the migrant community and want to practice their English or looking for that extra support from fully qualified educators for their children.

The playgroup gives a unique opportunity to:

  • Meet new families and build relationships
  • Benefit from services and resources
  • Learn new life skills
  • Share in the joy of play based learning
  • Practice English and share cultures
  • Enjoy a regular routine in a safe environment

You will be required to stay for the sessions with your children. Each session will be held on a Monday from 1-3pm and is filled with lots of exciting and inspiring indoor and outdoor play spaces, incursions with fun learning experiences such as library story time, nature play events, arts/crafts and celebration days! If you are interested then we can’t wait to hear from you! We have already started so enquire today at enquiries@coonarahouse.org.au or call 9758 7081. Limited spaces available.
